2019 Yearbook Dedication: Mind, Body, Spirit

Every year, the yearbook staff works diligently to perfect the school’s yearbook. One page, unique to the Wesleyan yearbook, is the dedication page. The senior class for the year picks a person who they [the class] have found impacted their high school experience in a positive way. that person is given a page in the yearbook dedicated to them.
Having the yearbook dedicated to you is an honor, and the dedicatee gets to be celebrated by the high school students, faculty and the community.

The senior girl’s father daughter dance that took place on Saturday March 9 and was a night for everyone to remember. In years past it has been a time where daughters would bring their dads to Dubose Dining Hall for dinner and a movie in Powell Theater. This year was the first ever senior girls father daughter dance. Keep Reading

Every year, the National Charity League recognizes senior girls and their family for their commitment to improving their community.

According to their website, “NCL Inc. is non-profit national organization of mother and daughter members in Chapters across the United States” (NationalCharityLeague.org). The mission of this organization is for mothers and daughters to develop leadership and cultural awareness with each other.

What was your most embarrassing Wesleyan moment?

I threw up in Latin class in 8th grade.

What is one thing you wished you had done in high school?

No regrets so far.

If you had 24 hours left to live, what would you do?

I would go travel for the last hours.

What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
