The varsity girls basketball team traveled to Georgia Tech on Friday to compete for the state title. They faced Holy Innocents, a long-time rival, and the same opponent they faced the past 2 years. The softball team is ready to bring home their first state championship. Wesleyan has moved down to class A, meaning, there will be multiple unfamiliar opponents.
The softball team will have to adjust their strategies as they will be competing against new teams. However, with six seniors on the varsity team, they have plenty of experience and will be able to make the adjustment.
