Who was your first Wesleyan crush? When?
Holden Wilder in kindergarten.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
I would bring my sister Julia, a lot of water and a box of cinnamon apple GoGo squeeZ.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was little, I wanted to be a pop star like Hannah Montana and live a double life. Now I want to be a pediatric nurse.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I hope I am starting a family, living somewhere cool and doing a job that I really like.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
On the first day of freshman year, I walked into the lobby, went to hug someone and immediately dropped my drink all over the floor. Almost 15 people were forced to help clean it up and it was really embarrassing.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
I would eat sushi every day.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am most excited to be more independent and meet new people. The thing that probably scares me the most is leaving all my friends from Wesleyan.

It was Tatum Connor in kindergarten.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
My dog, my friends and a lot of food.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
I wanted to be a baseball player or a lawyer. Now I want to own a business or be a teacher.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully, I will be successful and happy. I would also be cool with having a wife and maybe starting a family.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
When I was called to the floor during my junior year Homecoming pep rally, and I lost to Will Burns in the bubble wrestling. Problem was it looked like he threw me and that is why I lost. After further investigation with videos of the event, I just ran at him, and he moved out of the way, and my momentum carried me out of the circle. It was all just a big misunderstanding, but still embarrassing.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
It would be half a slice of pizza, a burger, some fried rice and steak, half an ounce of creamed corn, some fries and some crab claws.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am excited to do my own thing, but it is scary to think I will live on my own without my parents.

I am applying to Samford, Georgia College, KSU, Furman, Berry, UGA and Washington and Lee.
Who was your first Wesleyan crush? When?
Robert Johnson in ninth grade.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
Water, because I need to stay hydrated, food because I am always hungry and a book because reading is a good way to pass the time. I know my family will eventually come looking for me, and I will be saved.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was a little kid, I wanted to be a teacher, but now I want to be a social worker.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
I see myself having a successful job and hopefully married, or a house full of cats and dogs.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
Sophomore year, when I was running, I for some reason did not see the long metal soccer bench on the track, and I ran right into it. Everyone turned around and looked at me. I felt so embarrassed. I ended up getting four stiches above my right knee, and I had a bruise on my arm and leg for a while.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Chicken, rice, black beans and lemonade with Sprite.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am excited to start a new chapter in my life, but I am very nervous because I am not going to be with my family.

Aubrey DeAugustinis in kindergarten.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
Music, my bed and a fan.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was little, I wanted to be a sports agent. Now, I would say a lawyer.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
Living in a house with my wife somewhere.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
In first grade, we had pajamas day to watch Polar Express. I carpooled with Sam Lambert. We both wore our pajamas into school. We quickly figured out that we were supposed to change into our pajamas at the end of the day to watch the movie. So, Sam and I walked into the gym in our pajamas while everyone was in their regular uniform.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Any type of seafood.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am most excited to go to a big school with a ton of people I do not know. I am also scared for going to a school where I do not know anyone.

I am applying to Auburn University, The University of Alabama, University of Mississippi and GCSU.
Who was your first Wesleyan crush? When?
My first Wesleyan crush was Josh Aspinwall after coming to Wesleyan freshman year.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
I would bring my running shoes, a mirror and a lifetime supply of Starbucks Cold Brew coffee.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was little, I wanted to be a pilot, but now I want to do something in communications like being a broadcaster for the SEC Network or a broadcast journalist for a show like “The Today Show” or “Good Morning America”
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
I expect to be married, starting a family and living in a house with a wraparound porch with a swing on the beach or in a house right on the outskirts of a big city.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
During peer groups freshman year, we went on the quad with a few other peer groups to play elbow tag. If you know me, you know I am already uncoordinated and clumsy, so this game is not right up my alley. At the time, I had a crush on Josh Aspinwall, and I got tagged to go chase after him. After running in circles for a minute, he got away by “breaking my ankles” and I dropped into the splits in front of all the peer groups who were out there and our senior peer parents.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
My meal of choice would be some sort of breakfast or brunch food, because that is my favorite meal of the day. I would probably have avocado toast on a slightly toasted bagel with Trader Joe’s “Everything but The Bagel” seasoning and top it off with a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am most excited for being in a new place, being on my own to be able to do things the way I want to do things and Saturdays full of tailgating and football games. I am not really scared for college, but I know being at a place with thousands of students will be unlike anything I have ever experienced before, and it will be overwhelming.

Avery Beall in sixth grade.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
Pizza, my phone and “The Office” U.S. (the UK version is a disgrace).
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was little, my dream job was to be a lawyer, and now it is to either be some sort of lawyer or work for a major political campaign.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
I would love to be in a stable job, preferably one with an income and be happily married.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
My haircut throughout all of middle school.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
I would eat pizza every day of my life if given the option, so probably pizza.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am really excited to meet new people and make new friends, but I am also very sad to leave all of my high school friends.

Sam Lambert, freshman year.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
I would bring Essentia water, sneakers (I have a crazy shoe obsession) and my golden retriever, Bleu.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was a little kid, I dreamed of being a professional surfer because I went through a surf/Bethany Hamilton phase. Now, my dream job is to work on the business/marketing side of Porsche.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I hope to be happily married and live in a big white house on the coast of Malibu, CA, with a Bernie Doodle named Moose.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
Freshman year, everyone just finished finals and was talking on the quad. The grass was slippery because a storm had just passed. I saw my friends across the quad and started sprinting towards them. Instantly, I lost my balance, fell on my back and slid across the quad. I had dirt all over me. It was so embarrassing.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
I would eat a Thai steak salad from Houston’s with an Arnold Palmer.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am most excited about meeting new people because I love making friends. I am not scared of anything, but I am just going to miss my friends and family.

John Hopkins.
Who was your first Wesleyan crush? When?
Erin Hoover in kindergarten. She has left us, though.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
My cat Willy, a couch and a functioning TV.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
I used to want to play baseball professionally, and I would love to still do that now, but more realistically I would love to do something like accounting or being a stockbroker.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully back in the South with a wife and kids, doing something I love.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
Project Mez during freshman football. I asked all the senior girls to have a slumber party in Hoover with the football team. They did not respond, and the senior football players told me it was a joke a few days later. Awful time to be alive.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Papa John’s, no doubt. It is very delicious.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
Not knowing anybody at the school I will be attending is pretty scary, but I am excited to see how what I learned at Wesleyan will apply to the real world/college.
