A water bottle, snacks (specifically Oreos) and my pillow.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
My dream job when I was little was to be a teacher. My dream job today is probably to work in an event management business.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
In a job that I love, successful and possibly starting a family.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
During sophomore year, my whole family got these tiny safety alarms and whenever you press the button, the alarm will go off with a very loud sound. I put this alarm in my school backpack. One day after lunch, my friends and I were sitting down in the hallway, and I had my backpack on. I leaned on my backpack and the alarm went off. Everyone was worried and thought it may be an alarm the school set off for some emergency. I then had to dig through my bag for about five minutes while it was still on and finally found the alarm to turn it off. Everyone asked me what was wrong after that, and it was the most embarrassing five minutes of my life.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Beef tacos with rice and beans or spaghetti.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am most excited to meet new people and find more friends outside the “Wesleyan bubble.” I am most scared that I will be homesick for the first couple of weeks or that the classwork will be really difficult.

Kennesaw State, Louisiana State, University of Tennessee and University of Missouri.
Who was your first Wesleyan crush? When?
Abby Weatherly in fifth grade.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
I would bring a Keurig (with K-Cups), drumsticks and an iPod with all of my music on it.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
My dream job as a kid was to be an astronaut. Now, it is to be an orchestral percussionist. Bit of a difference.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
Probably in a military band, living in a different country.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
This year, I overslept on a Tuesday morning, which then made me miss a rehearsal. Two days later, I overslept AGAIN and was late to school.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
It is a bit strange, but pimento cheese crab dip with kettle baked chips. It is technically a snack, but I usually will eat it for lunch/dinner.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am really excited for the freedom of being able to make my schedule and to be able to specialize my learning on stuff I love. I am nervous though about the initial week or so where I am trying to figure all of it out.

If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
Harry Styles, a copy of “Free Solo” and my hanging plant named Bill.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
I wanted to be a vet when I was little, but I am allergic to animals so that did not happen. Now, I want to do something with fashion design and sustainability.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully I will be married, live out west with a golden retriever and have my own clothing line.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
Sophomore year I volunteered to take pictures at prom, and I was forced to wear a suit. A men’s suit. It was horrible.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Pasta and bread.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am most excited to have more freedom and learn about things that I am actually interested in, but it makes me nervous to think about making new friends.

Emily Becker sophomore year.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
$4.99 Hibachi Express lunch special, a dog and my phone.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
Definitely a firefighter. Now, it is probably something in the business world.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully with a family, a lake house and a dog that likes to swim.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
Earlier this year, I was getting water in the English hall, and basically under the water fountain there was a swimming pool of water. I slipped and hit my chest right on the water fountain and fell backwards while at least 10 people watched it happen. Do not even think I drank any water. I just walked back to class as fast as I could.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Shrimp tempura roll from Happy Sumo.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am excited to go and play golf in college, but it is definitely going to be hard being so far away from all my friends.

Colton Villa freshman year.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
Monica, Lindsey and Chipotle.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
My dream job when I was a little kid was to be a doctor, and now it is to be a neurosurgeon.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
In my residency and being happy.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
Walking in on the away guys basketball team locker room when they were using the girl’s locker room to get ready. They all died laughing as I walked through. It was awful.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Mac and cheese with edamame from California Pizza Kitchen.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am excited and scared to make new friends and adapt to a new college environment.

Animal crackers, my phone and bug spray.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was younger, I wanted to grow up and play in the NBA. Now, I want to probably get into commercial real estate.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
Graduated from college, married and maybe starting a family.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
In ninth grade when Coach Pridgen yelled at me in front of the entire team for cutting my knee pads. All the seniors later came up to me and were calling me such a scrub and a freshman for cutting the pads.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Parmesan crusted chicken with a baked potato form Longhorn Steakhouse.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am most excited about starting a new chapter in my life. What I am most scared about is missing my old friends too much.

Coffee, socks and Claire Schaller’s bed.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was a little kid, I wanted to be a professional soccer player. Now, I still want to be a professional soccer player, specifically playing overseas.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
For sure traveling, possibly in Indonesia stalking Jay Alvarrez, but definitely moving around and seeing new parts of the world.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
Last year during Wesleyan soccer season, I was injured, so I was in charge of playing the warmup music over the entire stadium speakers. I forgot my phone was plugged into the speakers, and I started watching Snapchat stories. It played out loud over the entire stadium. Everyone turned and stared at me and was super confused. I just awkwardly sat there as everyone looked up into the press box at me.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Salmon, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and Doctor Pepper.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am excited to play soccer at Notre Dame and meet new people. I am most scared for fitness testing, and that I am going to fail.

If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
A Bible, boiled peanuts and my phone.
What was your dream job when you were a little kid versus what is your dream job now?
When I was little, I wanted to be an NFL player. Now, I want to pursue a degree in business or engineering.
Where do you expect to see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I hope to have a master’s degree, a job in a large company, married and maybe a kid.
What was your most embarrassing moment at Wesleyan?
Sophomore year I had a fast break in basketball and tripped and fell right in front of the bench with the varsity girls’ basketball team sitting right behind me.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Steak and fries.
What are you most excited and scared for when entering your first year of college?
I am excited to meet new people and to start living on my own.
